TelePeptide dispenses compounded preparations of semaglutide and tirzepatide prepared by US-licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are personalized formulations prescribed by US-licensed physicians and dispensed by US-licensed pharmacies for patients for whom a physician determines the compounded preparation is appropriate.

Your price stays the same. If you're moved from one program to another (semaglutide → tirzepatide, for example), you're re-quoted at the new program's rate going forward only — never retroactively, and never with a setup fee.
Pharmacy partners give us better unit pricing on longer fulfillment, and we save on payment-processing fees over time. We pass those savings through directly — that's why the annual prepay sits well below the monthly billing rate.
Monthly billing cancels anytime, effective at the next billing cycle. Prepay plans refund unused months on a pro-rated basis if you cancel before the term ends — no early-exit penalty.
