Pricing
From $89/mo up to $249/mo. Every price below is all-inclusive — clinician evaluation, prescription, medication, and shipping. No insurance, no separate consult fee, no fine print.
Ready when you are
A licensed clinician reviews your intake and confirms the right program and tier. Your card is authorized at intake — a temporary hold, not a charge — and nothing is billed unless a clinician issues a prescription. If you're prescribed, the clinician consultation fee is already included in the program price shown above, never charged separately. If you're not prescribed, you pay nothing at all.

Branded vs. compounded
Branded GLP-1 medications
Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®, and Mounjaro® are FDA-approved medications, each with its own labeling, indications, and manufacturer pricing. TelePeptide does not sell, distribute, or represent these branded products.
What TelePeptideTelePep offers
Clinician-prescribed compounded preparations of semaglutide or tirzepatide, dispensed by US-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies. These are different products — not FDA-approved, not generic versions, and not therapeutically equivalent to any branded medication.
About compounded medications: TelePeptide does not sell, distribute, or represent FDA-approved branded medications. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved drugs and are not generic versions of, or therapeutically equivalent to, any branded product. TelePeptide offers programs whose compounded preparations of semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared and dispensed by US-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are personalized formulations prescribed by US-licensed clinicians and dispensed by US-licensed pharmacies for patients for whom a clinician determines the compounded preparation is appropriate.
* Compounded medications are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not substitutes for FDA-approved medications such as MOUNJARO®, ZEPBOUND™, Wegovy®, or Ozempic®.
No fine print. If it's not on this page, you don't pay for it.
All four things: clinician evaluation and ongoing supervision, the prescription, the medication itself, and shipping to your door. The clinician consult fee is part of that price rather than a separate line item, so nothing is added later — no dose-escalation surcharges, no surprise add-ons.
No. The "Annual" column shows the lowest price, but you can also choose 6-month prepay, 3-month prepay, or full monthly billing. Start monthly with no commitment — switch to a longer plan anytime after your consult.
No. The first clinician consult is included in your first month. You're never charged to start — it's $0 until a clinician prescribes, so you can complete your intake and clinician review before paying anything.
Your price stays the same. If you're moved from one program to another (semaglutide → tirzepatide, for example), you're re-quoted at the new program's rate going forward only — never retroactively, and never with a setup fee.
Prepaying a longer term lets us lock your rate and cut repeat payment-processing costs, and we pass that back to you. On our GLP-1 programs the annual prepay runs about 10–15% below the month-to-month rate; a few non-GLP-1 programs save more. It isn't a bulk drug discount — your medication still ships on the normal monthly or 90-day fill schedule with dose adjustments as your clinician directs.
Monthly billing cancels anytime, effective at the next billing cycle. Prepay plans refund the pro-rated value of any months not yet shipped if you cancel before the term ends, less a $25 administrative fee (see our Refund Policy).
