No. The "Annual" column shows the lowest price, but you can also choose 6-month prepay or full monthly billing. Start monthly with no commitment — switch to a longer plan anytime after your consult.

No. The first clinician consult is included in your first month. You can also book a free pre-consult on the intake page if you want to talk to a coordinator before paying anything.

Your price stays the same. If you're moved from one program to another (semaglutide → tirzepatide, for example), you're re-quoted at the new program's rate going forward only — never retroactively, and never with a setup fee.

Pharmacy partners give us better unit pricing on longer fulfillment, and we save on payment-processing fees over time. We pass those savings through directly — that's why the annual prepay sits well below the monthly billing rate.

Monthly billing cancels anytime, effective at the next billing cycle. Prepay plans refund unused months on a pro-rated basis if you cancel before the term ends — no early-exit penalty.
