Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 3, 2026 · Last Revised: April 13, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before using this site or submitting any information. By proceeding you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit this site.
1. Overview and Acceptance
TelePeptide Health ("TelePeptide," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida-based telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed Florida physicians for GLP-1 and peptide wellness programs. By accessing this website, submitting an intake form, joining our waitlist, or receiving communications from us, you ("User," "Patient," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit any information.
2. Pre-Launch and Soft-Launch Status
TelePeptide Health is currently in a soft-launch phase. We are actively finalizing medical director agreements, pharmacy partnerships, and state-by-state telehealth licensing. Until we publicly announce that all provider, pharmacy, and laboratory partnerships are fully operational in your state, no services, prescriptions, or medications are guaranteed to be available to you. Program details, pricing, availability, and timelines described on this site are subject to change without notice as we complete onboarding of required partners. By using this site you acknowledge and accept this pre-launch status and agree not to rely on any marketing language, testimonials, or projected timelines as a guarantee of present service availability.
3. Waitlist — No Guarantee of Service, Acceptance, or Prescription
Joining the TelePeptide Health waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee of service, guarantee of acceptance into any program, or guarantee that you will receive a prescription, consultation, or medication of any kind. Waitlist enrollment is purely an expression of interest. Placement on the waitlist does not reserve a program spot, lock in any pricing, or obligate TelePeptide to provide services within any particular timeframe or at all. TelePeptide reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any waitlist applicant for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) geographic availability; (b) provider capacity; (c) medical eligibility as determined by a licensed physician; (d) regulatory limitations; or (e) availability of compounding pharmacy partnerships in your state. Any communications you receive from TelePeptide prior to a formal physician consultation and written program agreement are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, a prescription, or a binding service commitment.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or submit any intake information. You must reside in a state where TelePeptide currently operates and where our provider and pharmacy partners are licensed. You must submit complete, accurate, and truthful personal and medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal liability. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for any lawful reason.
5. Nature of Services — Telehealth
TelePeptide Health is a telehealth platform operating under Florida law and applicable multi-state telehealth regulations. Our services consist of: (a) digital intake and medical history collection; (b) asynchronous or synchronous review by a licensed Florida physician; (c) coordination with licensed compounding pharmacies; and (d) ongoing wellness monitoring and follow-up. TelePeptide is the digital operator and coordinator — we do not employ physicians directly, dispense medications, or operate a pharmacy. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed independent physicians with whom we contract. TelePeptide does not practice medicine. This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
6. Compound Medications and Off-Label Use
Some programs offered through TelePeptide Health involve compounded medications (including but not limited to compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and Sermorelin) and off-label uses of FDA-approved drugs. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The FDA has not evaluated or approved compounded versions of these medications for safety or efficacy for any specific indication. Off-label prescribing is a legal and common medical practice, but it means the use is not explicitly approved by the FDA for the prescribed purpose. Your physician will discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives with you prior to any prescription. By proceeding you acknowledge you have been informed of and accept these distinctions.
7. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
TelePeptide Health makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding clinical outcomes, weight loss results, health improvements, or the effectiveness of any medication or program. Individual results vary significantly. Any results described on this site, in testimonials, or in marketing materials are illustrative examples and are not typical. No specific outcome is promised or implied. All medical decisions remain solely with the treating physician.
8. Payments and Billing
All programs are direct-pay only. We do not accept insurance. Monthly subscription fees range from $199 to $499 depending on the program tier selected. By enrolling you authorize TelePeptide to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Charges are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. TelePeptide does not store your full payment card details. Refunds are not issued except as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement or as required by law. Rate changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. If your payment method fails, access to services may be suspended until payment is resolved.
9. Marketing Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance
By submitting your email address through our intake form, waitlist, or any other form on this site, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from TelePeptide Health regarding our programs, health content, and updates. All marketing emails will: (a) clearly identify TelePeptide Health as the sender; (b) include our physical mailing address; (c) include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism; and (d) honor opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send or by emailing unsubscribe@telepeptide.org. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to an active service relationship.
10. HIPAA and Privacy
TelePeptide Health operates in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) with respect to Protected Health Information (PHI) you submit through our intake process. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is available at /privacy-practices. Our Privacy Policy governing non-PHI data (including marketing contact data) is available at /privacy-policy. We do not sell your health information. We share PHI only with contracted providers, pharmacies, and business associates as necessary to deliver care, and only under HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreements. TelePeptide relies on a contracted telehealth infrastructure partner — a licensed physician network and clinical enablement provider — to facilitate provider matching, credentialing, and clinical workflow. This partner receives the minimum necessary PHI to perform those functions under a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreement.
11. Use of Artificial Intelligence
TelePeptide Health uses AI-assisted tools solely in non-clinical, marketing contexts — including drafting marketing email copy and enriching prospective contact records. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is submitted to AI language models or AI-powered tools at any time. AI is never used to make clinical decisions, evaluate patient eligibility, assess medical history, or assist in prescribing. All clinical judgment is exercised exclusively by licensed physicians. For full details on how AI is used and how your data is protected, see our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of TelePeptide Health and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without express written consent is prohibited.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TelePeptide does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law and applicable federal law, TelePeptide Health, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site or services, including clinical outcomes, partner delays, pharmacy shortages, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid to TelePeptide in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TelePeptide Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of inaccurate or false information; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
16. Arbitration, Governing Law, and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent immediate harm.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site or services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
