Please read these Terms carefully before using this site or submitting any information. By proceeding you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit this site.
TelePeptide Health ("TelePeptide," "we," "us," or "our") is a New Jersey-based telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed clinicians for GLP-1 and peptide wellness programs in the patient's state of residence. By accessing this website, submitting an intake form, joining our waitlist, or receiving communications from us, you ("User," "Patient," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit any information.
TelePeptide Health is currently in a soft-launch phase. We are actively finalizing medical director agreements, pharmacy partnerships, and state-by-state telehealth licensing. Until we publicly announce that all provider, pharmacy, and laboratory partnerships are fully operational in your state, no services, prescriptions, or medications are guaranteed to be available to you. Program details, pricing, availability, and timelines described on this site are subject to change without notice as we complete onboarding of required partners. By using this site you acknowledge and accept this pre-launch status and agree not to rely on any marketing language, testimonials, or projected timelines as a guarantee of present service availability.
Joining the TelePeptide Health waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee of service, guarantee of acceptance into any program, or guarantee that you will receive a prescription, consultation, or medication of any kind. Waitlist enrollment is purely an expression of interest. Placement on the waitlist does not reserve a program spot, lock in any pricing, or obligate TelePeptide to provide services within any particular timeframe or at all. TelePeptide reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any waitlist applicant for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) geographic availability; (b) provider capacity; (c) medical eligibility as determined by a licensed physician; (d) regulatory limitations; or (e) availability of compounding pharmacy partnerships in your state. Any communications you receive from TelePeptide prior to a formal physician consultation and written program agreement are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, a prescription, or a binding service commitment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or submit any intake information. You must reside in a state where TelePeptide currently operates and where our provider and pharmacy partners are licensed. You must submit complete, accurate, and truthful personal and medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal liability. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for any lawful reason.
TelePeptide Health is a telehealth platform operating under New Jersey law and applicable multi-state telehealth regulations. Our services consist of: (a) a non-clinical pre-qualifier collected by TelePeptide (contact details, state of residence, and program interest only) — all clinical intake and medical history are collected directly by the contracted medical group on its own HIPAA-covered platform, never by TelePeptide; (b) asynchronous or synchronous review by a clinician licensed in the patient's state of residence (clinical services are rendered by a contracted medical group, the identity of which is disclosed to every patient in their TelePeptide patient portal upon signup and at the point of informed consent); (c) coordination with US-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies; and (d) ongoing wellness monitoring and follow-up. TelePeptide is the digital operator and coordinator — we do not employ physicians directly, dispense medications, or operate a pharmacy. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed independent clinicians with whom the contracted medical group contracts. TelePeptide does not practice medicine. This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Some programs offered through TelePeptide Health may involve compounded medications (including, for example, compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, or sermorelin) and off-label uses of FDA-approved drugs. The specific medication prescribed (if any) and its exact formulation will be determined by your licensed clinician based on individualized medical evaluation. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The FDA has not evaluated or approved compounded versions of these medications for safety or efficacy for any specific indication. Compounded medications are not generic versions of branded drugs and are not represented as therapeutically equivalent. Off-label prescribing is a legal and common medical practice, but it means the use is not explicitly approved by the FDA for the prescribed purpose. Your clinician will discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives with you prior to any prescription. By proceeding you acknowledge you have been informed of and accept these distinctions.
TelePeptide Health makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding clinical outcomes, weight loss results, health improvements, or the effectiveness of any medication or program. Individual results vary significantly. Any results described on this site, in testimonials, or in marketing materials are illustrative examples and are not typical. No specific outcome is promised or implied. All medical decisions remain solely with the treating physician.
All programs are direct-pay only. We do not accept insurance. Monthly subscription fees range from $199 to $499 depending on the program tier selected. By enrolling you authorize TelePeptide to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis (or in a single prepaid term for 6-month or 12-month plans) until you cancel. Charges are processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor that serves as TelePeptide's merchant of record; TelePeptide does not store your full payment card details. Refund eligibility — including refunds for orders not received, damaged shipments, wrong product, pharmacy fulfillment delays, the 7-day cancellation window for orders that have not yet shipped, pro-rata refunds on prepaid plans, and clinician-initiated discontinuation — is governed in detail by our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. Shipping and delivery practices, including lost / damaged / undelivered shipments, are governed by our Shipping Policy at /shipping-policy. Auto-renewal terms and cancellation instructions are described in the Refund Policy. Rate changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. If your payment method fails, access to services may be suspended until payment is resolved.
By submitting your email address through our intake form, waitlist, or any other form on this site, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from TelePeptide Health regarding our programs, health content, and updates. All marketing emails will: (a) clearly identify TelePeptide Health as the sender; (b) include our physical mailing address; (c) include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism; and (d) honor opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send or by emailing help@telepeptide.org. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to an active service relationship.
TelePeptide is a non-clinical technology and marketing platform. It does not practice medicine and does not act as a HIPAA covered entity. TelePeptide deliberately does not request, collect, receive, or store Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103. The only information TelePeptide collects from you is non-clinical: your name, email, phone number, state of residence, age attestation, certain demographic identifiers (date of birth, biological sex, and mailing address) used solely to set up your visit, and payment information handled by our third-party payment processor. ALL clinical and medical information — including your medical history, conditions, medications, body metrics, symptoms, photographs of a clinical nature, and laboratory results — is collected, processed, and stored exclusively by the contracted medical group on its own secure, HIPAA-covered platform, into which you enter it directly. That contracted medical group (disclosed to you in your patient portal and at the point of informed consent) is the covered entity responsible for your PHI, and its platform is the sole intended recipient of any PHI. TelePeptide does not see, access, hold, or maintain your clinical records; at most it transmits the limited non-clinical identifiers listed above to the medical group to create your patient record, and retains only a non-clinical relationship reference (such as a patient or voucher identifier). DO NOT SEND PHI TO TELEPEPTIDE. You should never transmit health information, medical history, lab results, clinical photographs, or other PHI to TelePeptide through email, SMS, chat, support tickets, website forms, or any other TelePeptide channel; those channels are neither intended nor authorized to receive PHI. If you voluntarily or inadvertently transmit PHI to TelePeptide outside the contracted medical group's platform, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk: such transmission is unsolicited, does not create a covered-entity, business-associate, treatment, or other PHI-handling relationship with TelePeptide, and you are solely responsible for that disclosure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelePeptide disclaims any and all liability arising from PHI you transmit to it outside the medical group's HIPAA-covered platform, and TelePeptide may delete, disregard, or redirect such information to the medical group without retaining it. For clinical-data privacy practices, refer to the contracted medical group's Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you on its platform. TelePeptide's Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy governs only the non-clinical contact and demographic data described above; our /privacy-practices page explains this no-PHI structure. We do not sell your information.
TelePeptide Health uses AI-assisted tools solely in non-clinical, marketing contexts — including drafting marketing email copy and enriching prospective contact records. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is submitted to AI language models or AI-powered tools at any time. AI is never used to make clinical decisions, evaluate patient eligibility, assess medical history, or assist in prescribing. All clinical judgment is exercised exclusively by licensed physicians. For full details on how AI is used and how your data is protected, see our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

This site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TelePeptide does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law and applicable federal law, TelePeptide Health, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site or services, including clinical outcomes, partner delays, pharmacy shortages, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid to TelePeptide in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TelePeptide Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of inaccurate or false information; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in Bergen County, New Jersey (or such other New Jersey venue as the parties may agree). You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent immediate harm.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site or services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
